How to use the spinning bikeï¼
1. Clothing Requirements
When using the spinning bike, try to wear narrow-cut pants or shorts, not loose pants. Otherwise, the pant legs are easily hooked by the pedals during use, which is dangerous.
2. Adjust the height
Before using a spin bike, you also need to adjust the handlebar and head height to a suitable position for you, so as not to use the waist too much force, causing some impact on the lumbar spine.
When using a spinning bicycle, your upper body should be in a straight position, and your hands should hold the handlebars tightly to facilitate the force of your legs. Keep your elbows naturally bent and your forefeet on the inside of the pedals. This will prevent pain in your wrists and elbows from excessive stress and improve the efficiency of your leg muscles.
